Michael primarily manages and oversees installations, working directly alongside our team of skilled installers. His attention to detail, extensive experience, and commitment to craftsmanship ensure that every home and every designer’s vision is brought to life with accuracy and care.

In the office, Shay’ne leads and manages all administrative operations, ensuring seamless communication between designers, clients, and our warehouse team. From coordinating projects and answering inquiries to managing inventory and documentation, she keeps the business organized, responsive, and efficient—maintaining the exceptional service our clients rely on.
